the 1200 Nottingham - St Pancras. By this time the use of ECS for driver
training was frowned upon and where possible normal trains were used,
providing a 'spare' loco for use! This train ran down from London via
Corby and Melton Mowbray, thus avoiding coupling and uncoupling en-route
ie a round trip.
